KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Tender Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement a comprehensive tender strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential government tender opportunities.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define bid requirements, project timelines, and resource allocation.
Tender Preparation and Documentation
Lead the tender preparation process, including the creation of bid documents, technical proposals, and pricing strategies.Review tender documents and identify specific requirements, terms, and conditions.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather the necessary information and documentation for tender submissions.Ensure that all tender documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted within specified deadlines.Bid Evaluation and Post-Tender Activities
Facilitate the evaluation process of received tenders, including the analysis of technical and commercial proposals.Participate in bid clarification meetings and negotiations with government representatives.Review feedback and lessons learned from unsuccessful tenders to enhance future bidding strategies.Assist in contract negotiation and finalization upon successful tender awardPerform Administrative Tasks
Responding to email and phone messages, assisting with customer requests and questions, coordinating meetings, compiling meeting materials and documents, creating presentations, booking travel and providing executive staff with support as needed.Type and word-process various documents and electronic information.Manages outgoing post and records data on special deliveries.Carry out administrative duties such as filling, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.Compliance and Regulations
Stay up to date with government procurement regulations, policies, and guidelines.Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements throughout the tender process.Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address any contractual or compliance-related issues.Manage and maintain records and documentation related to tender processes in accordance with internal and external requirements.Relationship Management
Build and maintain effective relationships with government entities, key stakeholders, and external partners.Attend pre-tender meetings, site visits, and clarification sessions to gain a comprehensive understanding of tender requirements.Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, finance, operations, and technical experts, to gather relevant information for tenders.Coordinate with external consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to fulfill tender requirements when necessary.QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or Degree in any business-related field.Min 3 years in similar capacity.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
