Overview

To manage daily account’s operational function, review payment voucher, journal voucher, debit note, credit note, intercompany confirmation, fixed asset registers and bank reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• To manage daily account’s operational function, review payment voucher, journal voucher, debit note, credit note, intercompany confirmation, fixed asset registers and bank reconciliation.
• To ensure and review FM to prepare full set of monthly management accounts and ensure its timely submission for monthly & quarterly.
• To review daily cash flows position, ensure loan / forex hedging are placed and sufficient cashflow.
• Responsible to prepare budget yearly and forecast monthly.
• To review audit schedule for balance sheet and P&L items and draft financial statement.
• To review tax computations, deferred tax provision & government tax reporting on a monthly basis.
• Support compliance with Malaysian tax regulations, SST, and statutory filings with authorities (e.g., LHDN, SSM).
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and other consultants during audits and reviews.
• To prepare transfer pricing submission.
• To ensure tax estimation CP204A prepared and submitted in timely manner.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time as deemed necessary.
