Partnerships Manager

Penerangan pekerjaanCandidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in business or healthcare or equivalent. Team player with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, good leadership skills, accountability, self-driven, result-oriented and most importantly customer focused. Must have outstanding communication, organizational and time management skills. Good business acumen, strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of partnership strategies with Insurers, TPA, an key corporate clients
- Maintain regular communication and working relationships with designated partner accounts.
- Assist in resolving operational and service-related issues in collaboration with hospital teams and external partners.
- Monitor partnership activities and prepare reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the execution of partner acquisition, onboarding, and retention plans.
- Conduct market and partner research to support strategic decisions and opportunity identification.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and legal requirements are met in partnership engagements.
- Support initiatives to improve the patient journey through effective partner collaborations.
