Job Responsibilities –
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service.
Monitor food preparation and presentation standards.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
Staff Management
(Hire, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff)
Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching or discipline when necessary.
Foster a positive, productive, and customer-focused work environment.
Customer Service
(Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints or issues promptly)
Monitor customer satisfaction and implement strategies for improvement.
Interact with guests to receive feedback and promote repeat business.
