About the Role :
We're seeking an experienced Test Lead to define QA strategy and drive testing across multiple insurance markets. This is a leadership role that combines strategy, client engagement, and hands-on testing.
What You'll Do :
- Define and manage QA strategy across sprints and releases.
- Align test coverage with key business workflows and compliance needs.
- Coordinate with product owners and offshore teams on test design.
- Drive regression testing and support automation readiness.
- Manage test data and production alignment across five markets.
- Lead defect triage, UAT support, and production readiness.
- Run daily sync calls, escalate issues, and keep sprints on track.
