Associate, Sales Support - Open for Customer Service Background

We are looking for a customer‑oriented and bilingual individual (English / Thai) to join our team as a Customer Service Associate . In this role you will assist customers through multiple communication channels—including calls, chats, emails, and social media platforms—and have the opportunity to identify and close sales as a secondary responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support : Provide outstanding assistance to customers in English and Thai via phone, live chat, emails, and social media, addressing queries in a timely, professional manner.
- Customer Satisfaction : Resolve issues efficiently, maintain service excellence, and meet performance goals and KPIs.
- Issue Resolution : Collaborate with internal teams to solve customer issues or escalates as needed.
- Sales Opportunities : Identify and act on potential sales opportunities during interactions; close sales following company guidelines.
- Multi‑Channel Support : Respond to inquiries across platforms, ensuring no query is missed or left unresolved.
- SLA Adherence : Address all inquiries within established service level agreements (response times for chats, calls, emails).
- Collaboration : Work closely with colleagues and departments to deliver a seamless experience across channels.
- Ad‑Hoc Tasks : Take on additional tasks or responsibilities from clients or internal teams as required.
Requirements
