Responsibilities
- Work closely with the HR Operational Excellence / Product Owner, the Functional consultant lead and wider Technology function to support management of the HRIS backlog and ensure prioritised items are ready for design and configuration.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements / user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Execute configuration changes within the system to meet business and technology requirements, working with technology teams to test configurations and integrations, ensuring solutions align with functional needs.
- Support testing activities, including functional and non-functional testing (e.g., scalability).
- Continuously improve delivery processes to enhance efficiency and reduce time-to-market.
- Assess the impact of changes on global HR processes and platform integrity.
- Participate in governance forums and contribute to architecture and solution discussions.
- Collaborate with Application support, technical teams and SAP where required to resolve issues and validate new releases.
- Work with the HR Support Analyst and ensure the ticketing system is up to date.
- Validate new SAP releases, patches and configuration changes.
- Input into system documentation, training materials and user guides to support teams in system adoption and usage.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven expertise in implementing and managing SuccessFactors modules.A strong understanding of HR processes and data flows within the business services industry.Excellent problem‑solving skills with a detail‑oriented approach.Technical proficiency in HRIS configuration and data migration.Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.A degree in a relevant field, such as Information Technology, Human Resources, or Business.
Essential Technical Experience
Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules and system capabilities.Hands‑on experience with system configuration, integrations, and testing in SAP SuccessFactors.Experience with ITSM tools and processes for example Managed Engine GSD; JIRA.Experience working previously in a Business Analysis or Functional Consultant role.Desirable Experience / Knowledge / Qualifications
SAP SuccessFactors certification or equivalent experience.ITIL Foundation certification.Formal qualifications in Functional Analysis or Business Analysis.Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tooling (e.g., JIRA).Knowledge of finance applications and processes, esp.
