Role Overview
We are seeking a Growth & Partnerships Manager who can specialize our vertical products enhancement and execution, ensuring our innovations not only reach the market but lead it. This position demands entrepreneurial drive, strategic foresight, and the ability to turn vision into profitable, scalable products distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the analyzing, testing, and enhancement of blockchain and fintech products to stay competitive with market players.
- Build distribution channels by identifying and engaging regional representatives, affiliate / referral networks, and strategic alliances in a relatively short time frame by leveraging their own social media and groups of existing Web3 communities in ASEAN, MENA, Europe, and Africa Regions to share this opportunity to build strong relationships.
- Shape product direction by aligning features with global market demand and user expectations.
- Drive profitability by optimizing business flows and ensuring commercial viability.
- Oversee cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered with speed, innovation, and impact.
- Monitor fintech and blockchain trends to keep products ahead of the curve.
Qualifications & Experience
6+ years of experience in fintech, blockchain, or digital innovation project leadership.Proven success in delivering scalable, market-ready products.Strong understanding of our vertical of products and ecosystems.Entrepreneurial mindset : self-driven, adaptive, and results-focused.Excellent communication and sales-oriented mindset.Preferred Attributes
