Consulting Manager

Accenture has acquired Aristal, a Malaysia-based consulting and digital transformation firm with deep expertise in financial services, marking Accenture’s first banking-focused acquisition in the country.

The acquisition strengthens Accenture’s talent and capabilities to help banks in Malaysia upgrade their core systems, improve operations, and manage large-scale changes like mergers and system transitions.

Job Responsibilities

Plan and manage systems implementation, business transformation, and improvement, and consulting projects for clients in the financial services industry .

Manage project activities and monitor project status.

Manage project issues to ensure proper resolution on time to minimize impact to project.

Manage key stakeholders within client organization.

Work closely with vendors, client users, and IT in planning and executing projects.

Review key deliverables produced by the team and vendors.

Perform analysis and develop new business process and / or technology solutions for clients.

Prepare and document project deliverables.

Facilitate project meetings and discussions.

Requirements

Possess a bachelor's degree in any field with minimum CGPA 3.0 or equivalent .

At least 5 years’ working experience in business transformation or IT projects. Candidates with IT consultancy, advisory, or project management experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Software development / implementation experience ( especially in banking or insurance industry ) is an added advantage.

Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, resourceful, and result-oriented, strong analytical skills, and enjoys out-of-the-box thinking.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, excellent command of the English Language (written and spoken).

Flexible and willing to travel when required.
