Role : CRM Sr Consultant – AI (JL5)

Number of Openings : 1 Position

Relevant Yrs. of experience : 8-10 years of experience in developing and delivering global / regional IT capabilities, 3-4 years of lead experience in managing functional / technical delivery, 3-4 years in end to end implementation of AI solutions

Mandatory skills :

• Hands-on experience in key modules of D365 CRM (including but not limited to D365 Customer Services, Customer Insight – Journey : Real-time Marketing and D365 Sale modules)
• Good understanding of PowerApps, Power Automate flows and D365 configuration and customizations
• Good exposure to business and system analysis
• Strong AI skills with end-to-end AI implementation
