Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to meet company objectives and revenue goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and distributors to expand business opportunities.
Lead and manage marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, including social media, email marketing, and promotional events.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights for business growth.
Prepare persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, design, and management) to ensure marketing consistency and effective campaign delivery.
Monitor sales and marketing performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and recommend improvements.
Represent the company at exhibitions, health fairs, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and networking opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the wellness, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry.
Proven record in achieving sales targets and managing marketing projects independently.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, content creation, and CRM systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-driven, resourceful, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
Possess own transport and willing to travel when necessary.
