Penerangan pekerjaanCoordinate and record customers’ appointment bookings and plot the capacity planning to ensure smooth flow of operations Conduct Post-Service Follow-Ups with customers to measure customer satisfaction for improvement activities Ensure prompt and effective replies to customers according to company’s Service Level Agreement (SLA) Ensure customer database is updated in a timely manner and protected at all times through constant monitoring Continuously strive to develop and maintain good rapport with customers towards achieving high customer satisfaction Manage customers’ concerns & feedbacks and resolve their problems accordingly Responsible for daily administrative tasks Perform payment collection and liaise with accounts department on cash flow transactions Handle tasks relating to new vehicle bookings, registrations, customer vehicle insurance renewals & etc Checking the accuracy of orders and uploading sales information unto the respective systems Maintaining sales records and customer database Managing purchase requisitions and orders Verifying payment and account statements Handling vendor invoices, and supporting debt collection Managing leave applications and submitting incentive reports and staff allowances Compile & prepare weekly or monthly reports as & when required by relevant departments / the top management accurately And other ad-hoc task given by superior Number of applicants Skills match What’s your expected monthly basic salary? - Similar work experience in automotive industry (especially Honda dealership) is highly preferred
- Computer savvy (good knowledge in Microsoft Office Apps : Word, Excel, Outlook)

Kah Motor is the leading authorized dealer of all Honda vehicles in Malaysia & we have been in the business of selling, servicing & repairing Honda passenger cars for more than 60 years. We also provide the full range of after-sales services from the regular car servicing to repairs (both minor & major) including all body & paint work services, as & when our customers require it.
Our full range of services also include Honda HIP insurance services to new & existing customers and these services are provided at every branch we are located in, i.e. Penang, Perak, Klang Valley, Melaka, Johor & Sabah. In short, we seek to be a one stop centre delivering the best services to our customers ranging from Sales to After-Sales and right up until insurance services, where necessary.
