Overview

PCI Private Limited is looking for an experienced Admin Assistant to be based in Malaysia under remote work arrangements. This position is a 1 year contract role and will be placed under an Employment Agency.

Responsibilities

  • To perform MAP for new part
  • To update and create new vendor source
  • To maintain good filling system within the department
  • To dispatch sample to factory
  • To perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • With 1 year working experience in manufacturing environment preferred
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office preferred
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage

    • Benefits

  • Annual leave, paid sick leave and medical / dental coverage entitlements
  • 5 days work week (Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm)
  • Remote work arrangements (Working from home)
