Sales Admin Executive

Penerangan pekerjaanDiploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English, both written and spoken, is essential to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients and internal teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for liaising with customers, sales teams, and other departments. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for preparing reports, managing data, and creating presentations. Experience in sales administration and order processing is advantageous, including managing sales orders, tracking shipments, and resolving order-related issues. Excellent customer service skills to address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and documentation. Familiarity with CRM software or other sales management tools is a plus. Responsibilities
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update the sales database with accurate customer information, sales activities, and order details.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment and resolve any issues.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues to their satisfaction.
- Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets, analyzing sales data and identifying trends to support sales planning.
- Manage sales-related documentation, including contracts, invoices, and shipping documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Support the sales team in organizing and coordinating sales events, trade shows, and customer visits.
