We are looking for a motivated and energetic Key Account Executive with a strong background in FMCG to join our growing team. The role involves managing field sales operations, developing strong relationships with retailers and distributors, and driving product visibility and availability in the market. You’ll be on the frontline of expanding our reach and ensuring our products are well-represented in key outlets.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our online sales platforms (lazada, shopee, company official website), ensuring product listings are up-to-date and optimized for search.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to manage stock levels and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Actively source new clients and business opportunities, aligning with the company's growth objectives.
- Actively promote and sell company products to retailers, cafes, and distributors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and effective sales strategies.
- Stay informed about product offerings, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and campaigns.
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues related to products or deliveries.
