Key Responsibilities
- Provide 24‑hour one‑stop customer service via phone.
- Deliver personalized and professional service to customers.
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries, offering solutions with their best interests in mind.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Maintain high standards of quality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Follow up on customer issues in accordance with call centre guidelines.
- Educate customers on products and services, and guide them to self‑help resources.
- Accurately enter customer data and relevant information into systems.
- Uphold integrity and honesty in every customer interaction.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer data.
- Proactively gather customer feedback to improve service delivery.
Key Requirements
Minimum Diploma with at least 2 years of experience (SPM / STPM holders with 5 years of experience may be considered).Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.Degree fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Experience in call centre, banking, or customer service is an advantage.Positive mindset with a "can-do" attitude and passion for customer service.Pleasant voice and good telephone etiquette.Resourceful, proactive, detail‑oriented, and a strong team player.Strong communication skills in verbal and written English & Mandarin.Seniority level
