Responsibilities :

  • To handle daily administration works.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and events.
  • Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents.
  • Issue Invoice, Official Receipt, Credit Note and Payment Voucher.
  • Filing of documents.

Requirements :

  • Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply.
  • Able to speak and understand Mandarin (in need to liaise with China customer)
  • Applicants must be willing to work at Seri Kembangan.
  • 5 Working days
  • 3 Full-Time position(s) available.
