LNT Express Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented Distribution Centre Officer to manage day-to-day activities at our distribution center. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth parcel sorting, storage, and dispatch while maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise warehouse tasks including parcel receipt, sorting, and timely dispatch.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers to resolve basic delivery issues.
- Verify customer and parcel data accuracy for seamless processing.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports covering delivery exceptions.
- Monitor branch revenue and prepare financial summaries.
- Implement improvements using the latest logistics technologies.
- Support additional projects and assignments from management.
