Executive, Customer Experience Cards
– AFFIN Group Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Responsibilities
To perform anti-attrition for customers’ requests for card cancellation through Contact Centre (CMS), branches, CCQ or CCR teams. To handle daily tasks such as card replacement, statement retrieval, updating customer information, rewards-related requests, and waiver requests. To address customer complaints received from Customer Care & Quality (CCQ), including completing cases via CMS and monitoring until resolution. Assist with issuance of corporate cards, inquiries, or meetings required by corporate customers. Attend installment plans received through third-party providers (e.g., Pinelab). Perform daily bulk upload submissions. Attend additional tasks such as UAT testing and process improvements as assigned by Supervisor / Manager. Qualifications
