Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in‑person.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide product and service information to customers, and make recommendations as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross‑sell OCBC products and services.
Qualifications
A degree or diploma in any field is desirable.1‑2 years of customer service experience in a banking or financial services environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.Strong knowledge of banking products and services, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.What We Offer
