Overview

Position : Manager, Corporate Planning (Chinese-speaking)

Location : Malaysia

Salary : Up to RM 11,000 basic + Benefits + Bonus

Responsibilities

  • Lead Business Planning Projects : Own and manage business planning initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives and performance metrics (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership : Act as an individual contributor and work closely with the Senior Manager / President to drive key corporate projects forward.
  • Set and Monitor KPIs : Develop and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness and success of key business initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and seamless project execution.
  • Strategic Initiative Management : Oversee corporate projects, focusing on operational efficiency and delivering results.

Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency : Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and English to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience : Strong background in business planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven Performance : Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, set KPIs, and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Industry Experience : Preferably from a financial services background with a deep understanding of industry trends.
  • Independent & Self-driven : Comfortable working independently and taking initiative in a corporate setting.
