Technical Engineer

Participate in tendering activities, including reviewing drawings, preparing technical submissions, and cost estimation support.

Review and interpret construction drawings, design details, and technical specifications.

Coordinate with consultants, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues.

Attend project and site meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

Provide technical support to site teams and ensure work complies with project standards and Malaysian regulations.

Prepare method statements, material submissions, and as-built documentation.

Ensure quality control, monitor progress, and report project updates.

Be flexible to travel to project sites or other locations as required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Structural / Construction Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 2–5 years relevant experience in the construction industry (main contractor preferred).

Able to read and understand construction drawings clearly.

Familiar with CIDB , JKR standards , and local authority requirements.

Proficient in AutoCAD , MS Office , and basic project management software.

Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

CIDB Green Card and BEM registration are advantages.

Willing to travel and work at project sites when required.
