Core Responsibilities
Overseas Recruitment Strategy & Execution
Develop recruitment strategies for target countries / regions based on business needs (e.g., local hiring, expatriate recruitment). Lead recruitment for senior and critical roles (e.g., technical, managerial, and sales positions), ensuring timely onboarding of key talent. Manage local recruitment channels, including LinkedIn, local job boards, headhunter partnerships, and campus recruitment initiatives.
Cross-Cultural Team Building
Gain deep insights into local labor laws, compensation & benefits practices, and talent market trends to ensure compliant hiring. Coordinate recruitment processes between HQ and overseas teams to maintain consistent hiring standards. Build and maintain a strong overseas talent pipeline for long-term recruitment needs.
Employer Branding
Promote the company’s employer brand in local markets to enhance talent attraction (e.g., participating in industry summits, university partnerships). Design localized recruitment marketing materials, including career site content and social media campaigns.
Recruitment Data Analysis & Optimization
Monitor key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate) and continuously improve hiring efficiency. Provide regular updates to HQ on overseas recruitment progress, challenges, and optimization suggestions.
Support for Expatriate Employees
Assist expatriate employees with visa applications, relocation, and cross-cultural onboarding. Address cultural adaptation and retention challenges for expatriates after onboarding.
Job Requirements
Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Work Experience
Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in overseas recruitment or expatriate HR roles (e.g., in multinational companies or international recruitment agencies). Proven track record in building overseas teams (e.g., technical or sales teams). Familiar with labor laws and recruitment markets in target regions (e.g., Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, etc.).
