Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain product listings, pricing, and product selection and promotions on TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and other relevant e-commerce platforms. Monitor and optimize product visibility and performance on these platforms.
- Plan and execute campaign proposals to online sales platforms internal team before submitting to online sales platforms, outlining objectives, strategies, and expected outcomes.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis to evaluate the performance of sales and marketing activities. Provide insights and recommendations for future campaigns based on the analysis.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI) for all e-commerce activities and produce report to management.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in e-commerce, online marketing, and the gold jewelry industry.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Assist live host on their daily tasks.
Qualifications
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, E-commerce, Business, or related fields.1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, online sales, or digital marketing, preferably in the jewelry or fashion industry.Proficient in managing e-commerce platforms (TikTok, Shopee and Lazada), online sales, preferably in the jewelry or fashion industry.Strong understanding of online marketing, campaign management, and digital sales strategies.Fluency in Mandarin is essential for job consideration (to communicate with counter parts).Company Background
