Job Responsibilities :

• Assist the department manager and project manager in managing and coordinating local team and office affairs, including but not limited to daily office procedures, communication and coordination, budget management, asset management, and team-building activities.
• Support the project manager in managing and coordinating project tasks, including but not limited to preliminary research, goal communication, task tracking, progress reporting, meeting management, and other assigned duties.
• Act as the liaison for the local team and a bridge for cross-team and cross-regional communication. Proactively gather management and policy information, providing support and guidance to the local team.
• Develop and optimize local team and office management processes, distill best practices, establish standardized procedures, and promote these practices in daily operations.
