Job Purpose
Responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of key transformation projects within the HR Transformation program. Ensures that project initiatives are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned to overall HR Transformation objectives.
Principal Accountabilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of assigned transformation projects, including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and quality assurance to ensure the realization of defined business benefits.
- Develop and maintain the comprehensive, detailed program roadmap and integrated project plans, incorporating workstream dependencies across technical development, data migration, process redesign, change management, and training.
- Establish and manage critical milestones, proactively identify and mitigate program risks and lead, escalate and resolve issues.
- Orchestrate and synchronize the efforts of diverse, multi-disciplinary project teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment on all activities and deliverables.
- Lead robust program governance forums (e.g., ELT, Steering Committees, Design Authority Council, Working Groups), preparing and presenting concise, data-driven status reports and executive briefings for the Transformation Office, HR Leadership, and business stakeholders.
- Work closely with change management and communications teams to ensure the change management plan is fully integrated into the overall project timeline and objectives.
- Promote project management best practices, ensuring consistency and quality across HR transformation initiatives. Contribute to continuous improvement of transformation project methodologies and practices.
Job Requirements
Minimum 10 years of project management experience in HR, business transformation, or system implementation.Hands‑on experience managing HR projects (e.g., HCM, payroll, talent management, learning platforms).Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and operating models.Skilled in project planning, issue / risk management, and stakeholder coordination.Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to work across HR, IT, and business teams.Familiarity with Power BI, data analytics, or AI tools to track and report performance and financial metrics will be an added advantage.Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Management, Human Resources Management, or a related discipline.Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) preferred.Seniority Level
