Penerangan pekerjaanMinimum 2 years of experience in Sales and Retail Operations management, preferably in the apparel or fashion industry Have a passion for retail and be able to engage with the Retail team on the ground Independent worker and a self‑motivator Strong interpersonal, communication, and motivational skills Attractive remuneration package (include Personal / Group Sales Commission) Attractive Incentive on top of basic salary Staff Purchase Discount Medical & Dental Reimbursement Group H&S and PA Insurance
Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with area managers and frontline employees
- Coach sales team in driving the business
- Liaising with key departments for business improvement strategies
- Implement strategic marketing plans
- Conduct regular store visits to review operations, staff performance, and customer service
