Job Description : We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized Operation Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties, delivering excellent guest experiences, and supporting the team by handling any tasks related to homestay operations.
Responsibilities :
- Set up the units according to standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the homestay units.
- Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Arrange cleaning services and ensure the units are well-maintained.
- Travel to homestay units as needed to address tasks and ensure smooth operations.
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Own transport to travel to homestay units.Ability to multitask and work independently.Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken) to deal with Chinese-speaking clients.Willingness to work on a shift basis, including weekends.Working Day :
