- Responsible for tracking and coordinating culture transformation initiatives by maintaining project trackers, monitoring timelines and deliverables, engaging stakeholders to capture updates and manage risks, consolidating progress reports for leadership reviews, and ensuring accurate, timely delivery of initiatives within the transformation charter.
- Curating and executing culture-related communications that inform, inspire, and drive the adoption of Maybank Behaviours across the organisation.
- Develop impactful storytelling content and preparing communication materials such as announcements, leadership updates, event promotions, and success stories that resonate across regions, countries, and business segments.
- Coordinate and curate engagement experiences, including leadership-led dialogues, workshops, and culture activations, to reinforce desired behaviours and strengthen connection across the Group. This includes planning, coordinating, and supporting the delivery of impactful and inclusive sessions relevant across regions, countries, and business segments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design activities that embed Maybank Behaviours, managing event logistics and vendor coordination to ensure seamless execution, and working with stakeholders to capture and share key highlights and outcomes from each engagement.
- Compile and present accurate reports and insights on culture transformation initiatives for Group EXCO and relevant committee meetings. This includes consolidating updates and progress reports, tracking participation, engagement levels, and feedback from culture initiatives, as well as preparing dashboards, summaries, and presentation materials tailored for leadership discussions.
Requirements
Experience in employee engagement, internal communications, or related fields, preferably in large or regional organisations.Strong project management, tracking and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in crafting content for diverse audiences across regions.Understanding of storytelling techniques and how to adapt narratives for different cultural contexts.Event and engagement coordination skills, including vendor management and logistical planning.Ability to translate qualitative and quantitative feedback into actionable recommendations.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms is a plus.Collaborative, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.Seniority level
