Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers
• Answer customer inquiries and provide detailed information as needed.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a high level of customer engagement.
• Achieve weekly / monthly sales targets or lead conversion goals.
• Update and maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Handle objections and rejections with professionalism.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handovers of qualified leads.
