We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing products or services, and generating sales or appointments. Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Answer customer inquiries and provide detailed information as needed.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a high level of customer engagement.
- Achieve weekly / monthly sales targets or lead conversion goals.
- Update and maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Handle objections and rejections with professionalism.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handovers of qualified leads.
Requirements
Proven / No experience as a telemarketer or similar sales / customer service role.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle rejections and remain positive under pressure.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.Benefits
