About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Telemarketer and Sales Assistant to join the team at The Level 3 Smart Solution Sdn Bhd, a leading company in the Sales industry. This full-time and part time role is based in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.

What you'll be doing

  • Handle incoming customer leads & make follow-up calls.
  • Introduce business product and services.
  • Attend team briefings & training sessions to sharpen your skills (One a week, only 1 hour).
  • Consistently meet conversion targets.
  • Conducting market research to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

What we're looking for

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and Word.
  • Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Able to communicate with all levels.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Well-organized.
  • Self-motivated, positive and people oriented.
  • A competitive spirit with a winning mindset.
  • Fresh graduates and those with sales / telemarketing experience welcome.
  • Good communication in Bahasa and English.
