Penerangan pekerjaanConduct outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to promote, upsell, and cross-sell products / services. Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads. Promote and upsell telco or broadcasting products / services. Clearly explain product features, pricing, and promotions. Basic : RM2,400 – RM2,700 Language allowance : RM300 (If applicable) Attendance allowance : RM100 / month UNLIMITED commission (more sales, more commission gain) Annual salary increment & performance bonus Proper training & guidance will be provided to ensure the sales target to be achieved Potential career progression opportunities Medical & hospitalization benefits EPF, SOCSO and EIS covered Monday to Friday 10am - 7pm Alternate Saturday Working location : Menara Tokio Marine Life, No. 189, Jalan Tun Razak, 50400 Kuala Lumpur Beside Ampang Park MRT Station Opposite Hampshire Office & Intermark Mall Are you confidence in doing sales? Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telemarketing Executive to promote and upsell company products / services to existing and potential customers. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong sales ability, and a customer-centric mindset to achieve sales targets while maintaining good client relationships.
Requirements
- SPM and above (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Fluent and confident in communicating in English
- Confidence in doing outbound call
- Good communication skills in persuading the customer
