Company Description

The company boasts a team of 150 well-trained and dedicated professional real estate negotiators.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for handling property transactions, providing exceptional customer service, advising clients on market conditions, and guiding them through the entire sales process. Daily tasks will include conducting property showings, negotiating contracts, preparing necessary paperwork, and maintaining a strong network of contacts in the real estate market.

Responsibilities

  • Handle property transactions from start to finish
  • Provide exceptional customer service and client advisory
  • Advise clients on market conditions and pricing
  • Guide clients through the sales process
  • Conduct property showings
  • Negotiate contracts and prepare necessary paperwork
  • Maintain a strong network of contacts in the real estate market

Qualifications

  • Experience in Real Estate and Real Property
  • Strong Sales and negotiation skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Proficiency in using real estate software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
