Responsibilities
Develop and implement QA policies and procedures to ensure product and service quality. Review quality assurance standards, study existing policies and procedures to evaluate effectiveness of quality assurance program. Monitor compliance with ISO 9001, 27001 and 14001 standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Conduct internal audits and support external certification processes. Investigate customer complaints and non-conformities and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Technical, Customer Service, Business Operations) to resolve quality issues. Prepare and present quality reports to management and stakeholders. Perform OSH audits and ensure workplace safety and health in compliance with OSH legislation. Monitor effectiveness of safety programs and procedures. Follow-up on hazard reports and recommend actions. Conduct training sessions to promote awareness of QA, ISMS, EMS, safety and health standards. Qualifications
Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Business Studies / Administration / Management Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience. Preferably Executive specializing in Accounting / Auditing or equivalent. Good communication skills in English, Malay, Chinese language for both spoken and written. 1 Full-time position available.
