We’re looking for a data-driven, systems-savvy Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team and help power our demand generation engine. You will be responsible for the strategy and execution of marketing automation, campaign operations, lead lifecycle management, and reporting. This is a high-impact role where you’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to scale and optimize our marketing tech stack and processes.

While hands-on Marketo expertise is strongly preferred, we welcome candidates with experience in comparable marketing automation platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Automation & Strategy

Own and manage our marketing automation platform (Marketo preferred), including user management, data hygiene, database segmentation, and overall system performance.

Partner with demand gen and content teams to build, test, and optimize email marketing programs, nurture tracks, scoring models, and triggered campaigns that accelerate pipeline.

Design and maintain the lead management process across the automation platform and Salesforce, ensuring clean data sync, campaign attribution, and seamless handoff to sales.

Create and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to measure campaign performance, funnel conversion, and ROI.

Evaluate, recommend, and implement marketing technologies that improve efficiency and results.
