Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Executive located in Subang Jaya. The Procurement Executive will be responsible for managing the purchasing processes, including handling purchase orders and purchase management. Day-to-day tasks involve ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services, maintaining relationships with suppliers, and monitoring inventory levels. The role also involves analytical assessments to optimize purchasing decisions and effective communication with various departments.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Purchasing Processes, Purchase Orders, and Purchase Management
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess and optimize purchasing decisions
• Excellent Communication skills for maintaining supplier relationships and coordinating with departments
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Relevant certifications in procurement or supply chain management are a plus
