Digital Campaign Performance Specialist (Ops)
We’re looking for a hands‑on Digital Performance Specialist with at least 2 years of experience running Meta, Google, and TikTok ads. If you’re passionate about driving results through data, testing new strategies, and scaling campaigns — we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do
- Plan, set up, and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook / Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), and TikTok Ads.
- Manage campaign budgets to hit performance goals (ROAS, CPL, CPA).
- Monitor daily performance, analyze trends, and implement improvements.
- Conduct A / B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
- Prepare weekly reports with insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the creative / content team to produce high‑performing ad assets.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest platform updates, ad policies, and growth hacks.
What We’re Looking For
Min 2+ years of hands‑on experience managing paid campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok).Solid understanding of performance metrics : CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.Proficient in Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Business Manager.Analytical thinker with strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.Eager to experiment, test, and push boundaries to improve results.Experience with Google Analytics 4, Data Studio.Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis abilitiesExperience in Performance Management and Performance TestingAbility to work collaboratively in an on‑site environmentBachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, or related fieldExperience with digital marketing tools and platformsDetail‑oriented and results‑driven mindsetWhat We Offer
