Solid understanding of performance metrics : CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc. Proficient in Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Business Manager. Analytical thinker with strong Excel / Google Sheets skills. Eager to experiment, test, and push boundaries to improve results. Experience with Google Analytics 4, Data Studio. Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis abilities Experience in Performance Management and Performance Testing Ability to work collaboratively in an on‑site environment Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, or related field Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms Detail‑oriented and results‑driven mindset Performance incentives + certification sponsorships (Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, TikTok Academy). Digital Campaign Performance Specialist (Ops)
We’re looking for a hands‑on Digital Performance Specialist with at least 2 years of experience running Meta, Google, and TikTok ads. If you’re passionate about driving results through data, testing new strategies, and scaling campaigns — we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do
- Plan, set up, and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook / Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), and TikTok Ads.
- Manage campaign budgets to hit performance goals (ROAS, CPL, CPA).
- Monitor daily performance, analyze trends, and implement improvements.
- Conduct A / B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
- Prepare weekly reports with insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the creative / content team to produce high‑performing ad assets.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest platform updates, ad policies, and growth hacks.
