Job Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and execute regional and local B2B and B2C digital campaigns across Southeast Asia to generate MQLs and drive e‑commerce sales.
• Manage marketing lead scoring, segmentation, and qualification processes using Salesforce Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement).
• Collaborate with inside and field sales teams to manage MQLs and monitor lead funnel performance.
• Manage paid media budgets and campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and Programmatic.
• Track, analyse, and report on key campaign KPIs (CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates), and continuously optimise performance.
• Coordinate with in‑country marketing teams to localise campaign messaging, assets, and strategies, and partner with regional business units for alignment.
• Collaborate with and manage external agencies to ensure the high‑quality and timely delivery of campaign projects.
