Job Description
- Property Sales : Sell company's residential and commercial properties and achieve sales targets.
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management : Develop new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Property Presentation and Consultation : Conduct property viewings, answer client questions, and guide them through the purchasing process.
- Market Research : Stay informed about market trends and competition, identify sales opportunities.
- Contract Handling : Assist clients with signing sales contracts and ensure smooth transactions.
- Sales Reporting : Regularly report sales progress and client feedback to management.
- Customer Service : Provide post-sale support and address client concerns.
Job Requirements
Education : SPM, Diploma or higher in Real Estate or related fields preferred.Experience : At least 1 year of sales experience; real estate experience is a plus.Communication Skills : Good verbal communication skills, able to build relationships with clients. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.Sales Skills : Strong negotiation and closing skills to meet sales targets.Market Knowledge : Basic understanding of the real estate market and relevant regulations.Customer Service : Focus on customer needs and providing excellent service.Computer Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM systems; Canva experience is a plus.Self-Motivation & Mobility : Self-motivated to work independently; willing to travel and be stationed at different sales galleries as required.Team Player & Commitment : Good team collaboration skills and willingness to attend meetings and training at the headquarters.#J-18808-Ljbffr
