Key Responsibilities :
Administrative Support
Have experience handling Purchase Order and Delivery Order
Coordinate between head office and site staff regarding administrative needs.
Maintain records of material receipts, and equipment usage, etc
Liaise with vendors for office / site supplies, maintenance, and services.
Track and maintain company assets at site locations.
Organize travel, accommodation, and logistics for project / site staff.
Coordinate vehicle arrangements for site visits.
Ensure proper filing of permits, NOCs, and compliance documents related to the site.
