Senior Accounts and Finance Manager

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and taxes.

Ensure proper maintenance of financial and management accounting records.

Monitor the reporting of revenue; coordinate the collection and evaluation of financial data.

Maintain accounting controls by defining accounting policies and procedures.

Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements.

Assist in banking matters.

Assist in preparing the annual budget and expenditures.

Coordinate on the financial year‑end audit to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year‑end.

Assist in ad‑hoc projects as and when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial management, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Excellent team management skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Familiarity with financial regulations, accounting processes and internal controls.
• Outstanding analytical skills.
