How Will You Be Contributing to Our Success?
As an Analyst, under EAP Payroll team, you will be responsible for payroll processing, validation, salary disbursement, posting to Finance, and statutory submission in accordance with the agreed service levels for payroll managed by GBSC. You will liaise with outsourced payroll vendors to validate payroll results, resolve payroll queries, and support process improvements within the department. You will also contribute to maintaining and updating job aids, SOPs, FAQs, and other reference materials, and assist with information or documentation required by internal / external auditors for periodic reviews.
HR Shared Service Transition
Support the setup activities of a GBS HR function, including :
- Transition activities across APAC ensuring compliance with standardized processes and statutory regulations.
- Support the implementation of GBS HR supporting tools and technologies.
- Support key activities (e.g., training) for a successful transition to the GBSC.
Who Are We Looking For?
The successful candidate should have :
1–3 years of Korea payroll operations experience. Experience in a shared services / GBS environment or large organisations is an advantage.Fresh graduates who are fluent in Korean and possess a strong interest in payroll / HR are welcome to apply.Experience liaising with outsourced payroll providers and country authorities, particularly for Korea.Experience in processing Korea payroll and end-to-end payroll activities.Experience with APAC countries payroll and labour regulations—particularly for Korea.Fluent communication skills in English and Korean, both written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus.Knowledge of payroll systems to perform relevant payroll activities.Knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, particularly Excel / Sheets.High level of discretion and confidentiality with payroll data and results.Knowledge of data privacy acts and other payroll-related regulations.What We Offer
