About the role
As a Mandarin-speaking Sales Executive at NETFORGE SOLUTION SDN. BHD., you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and managing key client relationships, proposing tailored solutions, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle. You will lead strategic sales efforts, analyze market trends, and support the company's expansion in the IT solutions and services sector.

What you'll be doing
Proactively identify potential customers to achieve sales goals and business growth.积极寻找潜在客户,以实现销售目标和业务增长。Ensure alignment with company objectives, effectively manage relationships with major clients, and provide excellent customer service.确保与公司目标一致,有效地管理大客户关系并提供卓越的客户服务Act as the primary point of contact for customers, including pre-sales and post-sales support, to ensure customer needs are met.充当客户的主要联系点,包括售前和售后支持,以确保客户需求得到满足。Respond to and resolve customer issues, providing solutions to meet their needs.响应并解决客户的问题,并为客户提供的解决方案。
Propose specific action plans to improve sales performance and identify potential growth opportunities.提出改进销售绩效的具体行动建议,并发现潜在的增长机会。Ensure timely submission of invoices for services provided or to be provided, as well as accounts receivable.确保及时提交已提供或即将提供的服务的发票以及应收款项。What we're looking for
Hold at least a diploma with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including sales management experience, or a bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of sales experience, including sales management experience.拥有大专文凭,并且至少5年销售经验和销售管理经验。或本科文凭,并且至少3年销售经验和销售管理经验。Have a minimum of two years of experience in business solution and service sales or equivalent experience in the IT consulting or software industry.拥有至少两年企业解决方案和服务销售经验或在IT咨询行业或软件行业有相等经验。Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English.良好的中文与英语口语和书面能力。Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as customer relationship management abilities.具备优秀的沟通和谈判技巧,以及客户关系管理能力。Have outstanding market insight and the ability to understand customer needs, market trends, and competition.具备卓越的市场洞察力,能够理解客户需求、市场趋势和竞争情况。Proficiency in Microsoft business applications, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.精通微软商业应用程序,包括MS Word、Excel和PowerPoint。
