Responsibilities
- To champion marketing programmers in the field to create a great customer connection for the brands within the categories.
- Work with the training team to develop effective product training & selling skills training & experiential modules for relevant stakeholders.
- Developing Brand support programs (BTL) for engaging Channel Partners, Specifiers (Architects) & Contractor / Carpenters - Product launches, exhibitions, BTL campaigns, loyalty programs & corporate events.
- Procurement & development of marketing collaterals e.g. : Banners, Danglers, Leaflets, other marketing merchandising and other for specific zone, preparing allotment chart and ensuring timely dispatch of the same.
- Collateral Management - Ensuring all collaterals of the brand are updated regularly and periodically reviewing their availability in the market.
- Closely working with the Design teams on new Product development keeping in mind the current market trends.
- Do competitive analysis on an ongoing basis for each of the product categories. Identify new products to be launched in the market based on emerging market trends and prepare business case for launching the same.
- Track monthly sales and align marketing initiatives according to the product.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing roles, with a demonstrated ability to manage marketing campaigns and projects, preferred in building construction materials industry.Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Working Hours and Conditions
This is a full-time position. Working hours are 8 : 30 AM to 6 : 00 PM, Monday to Friday.
