In view of the exponential growth in our business in the Asia Pacific region and inline with our planned upgrade to our capacity, we are currently seeking suitable people to join our team at our Puchong, Malaysia office.
Role Definition :
Assist Sales Manager, Aftermarket Manager, Director of Operations, and VP International in preparing budget and formal new tower and aftermarket proposals and responding to proposal and application requests and questions.
Responsibilities :
Support Sales Manager, Aftermarket Manager, Director of Operations, VP International and Sales Representatives in developing proposal strategies and preparing formal proposals with direct responsibility, working with Sales Manager, for preparing formal proposals issued directly from the EvapTech office.
Coordinate with engineering staff, vendors, construction staff and other support staff in estimating bills of material, freight costs, recommending margins and developing proposal specific and standard published pricing.
Review customer technical and commercial specifications.
Coordinate with Sales Manager and Director of Operations to review commercial terms.
Coordinate with technical staff on ratings requests, selections and performance predictions.
Attend customer meetings and / or pre-bid job walks as required.
Responsible for maintaining accuracy of Quote Database and assist in sales forecasting.
Assist with Project Management as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications :
(Education, Experience, Skills required to qualify for this position)
Technical education, preferably a mechanical, chemical, or civil engineering degree, or a minimum of three years' experience in technical Proposal / Project Management for engineered products
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project
Demonstrated organizational skills
Optional but Preferred Qualifications :
Background in technical / engineering product applications
Experience in contract and commercial terms
Skill in both verbal and written communication.
