Sales & Application Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a talented Sales & Application Engineer to join our dynamic team at VIBTECH GENESIS. As a Sales & Application Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by effectively promoting and selling cutting-edge predictive maintenance solutions, including Motor Current Signature Analysis (MCSA), Vibration Monitoring Systems (VMS), and related condition-based monitoring technologies (CMS) to a wide range of industries. This is a full-time position based in Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.

What you'll be doing

• Actively engage with potential customers to understand their needs and requirements
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our products and solutions
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers, helping them to select the most suitable products and solutions
• Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to ensure seamless integration and support for customer projects
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to build relationships and identify new business opportunities
• Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and other sales documentation to secure new business
• Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
