Job Summary

The experience we’re looking to add to our team :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or related industry.
- Demonstrates advanced knowledge of functional concepts and a solid comprehension of Flex policies and procedures.
- Awareness of the functional impact upon work processes and other functions.
- Use of office tools and software to include word processing, spreadsheets, presentation packages, and database systems.
What a typical day looks like
Assist in the review of program proposals or plans to define time frames, procedures for accomplishing the program, staffing requirements, and allocation of resources to various phases.Consult with managers within Program Management, Operations, and others to outline work plans, assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority, and to receive technical advice and resolve problems.Drive and coordinate projects with the Customer Focus Team (CFT) to ensure the program progresses on schedule and within budget, including facilitating work and communication across departments.Prepare program reports and executive presentations for management, clients, or others.Assist in metric development and tracking for the program.Occasional travel to customer locations.Identify and pursue continuous improvement activities that impact the project timeline, cost, or daily production activities.Follow up on shipments to ensure site and customer guarantees are met without delay and coordinate the team to address issues that could impact outcomes.Job Requirements
