We are currently seeking a Human Resource Business Partner to join our team based in Kuala Lumpur. Successful candidates would be offered a fixed term employment.

To understand the Human Resources requirements in the business unit under their responsibility and to provide support, advice and expertise to meet the business needs to managers and employees of this business unit.

Main Challenges

• Manage different level of employees in terms of aligning the business objectives.
• Malaysia is a main hub for APAC BU, therefore the population will not be only in Malaysia.
• Maintain the Industrial Relation literacy.
