Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager (Event / Wedding) to join our team in Sepang, Malaysia. As a key member of our organization, you will lead and inspire our sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction in the event and wedding industry.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue for event and wedding services
• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales goals
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners
• Oversee the entire sales process, from initial client contact to contract closure
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
• Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless execution of sold events and weddings
• Analyze sales data and prepare reports for upper management
• Manage the sales budget and forecast future sales performance
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
