YOUR ROLE

Key Responsibilities :

1. Release Management : Plan and manage Silverlake Deposits releases, ensuring timely deployment with minimal risks. Coordinate with teams to streamline the release process and meet business requirements.

2. Quality Assurance : Oversee testing, code reviews, and system validation to maintain high-quality standards. Ensure application stability through effective test planning and execution.

3. Stakeholder Management : Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment.

4. Technical Leadership : Lead and mentor the team, troubleshoot issues, and optimize AS400 / DB2 systems. Leverage expertise in RPG, COBOL, and Silverlake Deposits for robust solution delivery.

5. Process Improvement : Drive efficiency in release and quality management by implementing best practices.

YOUR PROFILE

At least 6 years of experience in Core Banking technology delivery.

Strong knowledge of Silverlake Deposits modules and workflows.

Proficiency in RPG and COBOL programming languages.

Hands‑on experience with AS400 / DB2 systems.
